Delivery Services and Terms
1. Free delivery service is available for electric wheelchairs, electric nursing beds and most hand-pushed wheelchairs.
2. Enjoy free delivery service for a single order of HK$2,000 or above ( limited to one delivery location and within Hong Kong ).
3. A single order of less than HK$2,000 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$64 or more (depending on the weight of the goods).
4. Special area surcharge:
- For delivery to outlying islands, Discovery Bay, and Sha Tau Kok (non-restricted area), a surcharge of HK$160 will be charged (subject to cargo weight and itinerary) .
- Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay are subject to an additional bridge toll of HK$40.
5. Delivery schedule:

6. If delivery is required within a specified time, a surcharge of HK$60 will be charged.
7. If the goods need to be delivered via stairs, the calculation will be based on the size of each staircase and the goods. If the stairs are less than one level, it will also be counted as one level. The charging standards are as follows:
- Electric wheelchair or manual wheelchair: HK$200 per flight of stairs.
- Electric nursing bed: HK $500 per staircase.
8. If the driver has delivered the goods to the site but no one is available to receive the goods, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If further delivery arrangements are required, a re-delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged.
9. If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a red or black rainstorm warning, the delivery service time will be delayed or other arrangements will be made.
10. If customers require delivery via express delivery, additional charges will apply based on the size, weight and delivery location of the goods.
